Please make sure to keep the tags and packaging intact, Item will not be accepted nor refund otherwise.
Used, damaged or torn items, by the customer, will not be accepted for refund.
Returns will be accepted for items in their original packing and tags only.
The return shipping/delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
Refund will be credited in the same mode of payment as used for purchase by the customer.
Sale items are final and will not be returned or exchanged.
For any errors made by us, i.e. shipping the wrong item or size or to a wrong address, you can email us to receive store credit or a refund.
The company will not be liable for lost items, or un-received items, updated as received. Please contact the carrier for more information in such cases.
