  • Kindly contact us via email for complaints, return or refund requests. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Please make sure to keep the tags and packaging intact, Item will not be accepted nor refund otherwise.
  • Used, damaged or torn items, by the customer, will not be accepted for refund.
  • Returns will be accepted for items in their original packing and tags only.  
  • The return shipping/delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Refund will be credited in the same mode of payment as used for purchase by the customer.
  • Sale items are final and will not be returned or exchanged.
  • For any errors made by us, i.e. shipping the wrong item or size or to a wrong address, you can email us to receive store credit or a refund.
  • The company will not be liable for lost items, or un-received items, updated as received. Please contact the carrier for more information in such cases.
